Building Reflective Teams using
strategic consultation
ROLE: Facilitator | Trainer |. Coach
PURPOSE: Greater London Authority Team Days and Strategic Consultation, September 2017 – March 2019.
- Worked closely with GLA Directors to gather insight and design for impact
- Planned and delivered strategy days for senior leaders and their teams. Used coaching skills to deepen the team’s understanding of their individual and collective ways of working
- Led wider teams through a range of reflective tools, including appreciative inquiry, issue trees and basic coaching skills
- Conducted interviews with staff ahead of training days to assess need and build buy-in
- Provided written write ups, capturing key reflections and recommendations for the team moving forward
