PURPOSE:  Transport for London Away day to build connection in a new team June 2019: facilitator and learning designer

  • Used therapeutic tool Tree of Life to explore identity, values and experiences at an individual and collective level

  • Created a safe space for sharing and deep connection

  • Supported the team to problem solve approaching challenges, and use the commonalities within the team to respond to these
